WACO, TEXAS — A Texas woman who was arrested for drug possession on Monday was found to have a loaded gun stashed in her vagina, police said.
Ashley Cecilia Castaneda, 31, and her friend Gabriel Garcia were driving around the streets of Waco, Texas, at around 11pm when they pulled over for a traffic violation.
During the stop, a search of their vehicle turned up 2.7 grams of meth.
A more thorough search turned up a further 29.5 grams of meth and some weighing scales in Castaneda's purse.
The duo were promptly arrested, but on the way to the station Castaneda fessed up that she was packing heat in the most unlikely of places. A body cavity search turned up a Smith & Wesson pistol.
The gun was found to have a round in the chamber.
Castaneda was charged with possession of methamphetamine in a drug-free zone and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
