NSFW    CROWDERS MOUNTAIN STATE PARK, NORTH CAROLINA — Stephanie Anderson of North Carolina, died Saturday after a 150 foot fall from a cliff at Crowders Mountain State Park.

The mom had gone to the state park for a day hiking trip with her husband and one of their three daughters, but as the 48-year-old Mrs. Anderson was trying to hold a camera at just the right angle to get a family pic after they made it to the top of an outlook, she lost her footing and fell 150 feet to her death.

Due to the rough terrain and thick vegetation, it took rescuers about three hours to locate her body.Authorities said Mrs. Anderson did not appear to be doing anything particularly dangerous, she simply lost her footing and slipped.
