YouTube Automatically Deletes Anti-China Comments

We just caught YouTube automatically deleting anti-China comments.

NSFW    CALIFORNIA — On Wednesday the 13th of May, Jennifer Zeng, a human rights activist posted a video of someone commenting, 'communist bandit' in the comments section on YouTube, and within 15 seconds, it was gone.

Taiwan News, the outlet who reported on this, then typed the term in Chinese characters in the comments section, but this time on a few different YouTube videos and indeed within 15 seconds or thereabouts, the comment had been automatically deleted from the platform.

They claim that it is not clear why YouTube is automatically censoring this word, they also claim that YouTube has recently started to demonetize content that is critical of Xi Jinping's Communist Party and his handling of the Wuhan virus.

We at TomoNews then conducted our own test, and like Taiwan News, our comments were also deleted.
