LOS ANGELES — Looks like Sean “Puffy” Combs was charged with assault with a deadly weapon at an athletic complex at the University of California in Los Angeles early Monday afternoon.
Puffy allegedly went after a coach with a kettlebell weight, according to reports. His son Justin Combs is a defensive back for the Bruins.
Apparently Puffy is referred to as a “helicopter dad” for hovering and hanging out way too much at football practices.
The drama started during practice when strength and conditioning coach Sal Alosi was yelling at Justin and told him not to come back till the end of summer.
This was too much for Puffy to take so later on in the day, he tried to confront Coach Alosi in his office.
Surprisingly Alosi would not see P. Diddler and staff told him to leave. But, Puff being the annoying father he is, went in anyway.
Alosi told Puffer to get out and threatened to call security if he didn’t leave.
According to Diddy’s sources, P. Doody then said, “Fine, I’ll call police” and Alosi snapped and went after Combs with his hands.
That’s when Doody’s sources said he grabbed a kettlebell and held it up in a defensive position.
However, those at UCLA said Coach Alosi was on the phone when Puffy came up. He was told to “hang on” but wasn’t having it and picked up a kettlebell and swung it, but missed Alosi.
The incident is said to have been recorded on video.
Combs was expected to be transferred to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Inmate Reception Center later Monday evening.
P. Doo Doo has been charged with three counts of assault with a deadly weapon, one count of making terrorist threats and one count of battery.
