AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND — Four-year-old Deacon Rambaud got trapped underneath a bouncy castle at Inflatable World in Auckland over the weekend, while his father Brendon Rambaud watched in horror.
Luckily, Rambaud was able to rescue his son by pulling him out from under the bouncy castle by the leg. Rambaud said he knew of three other kids that got trapped inside the attraction during his family's visit.
He explained that he talked to an employee at Inflatable World about his son getting stuck, and they acted like nothing was wrong while continuing to let kids onto the dangerous bouncy castle.
Rambaud posted the video of Deacon to his Facebook as a warning to other parents about the dangers of inflatable bouncy castles.
Inflatable World manager Gary Adamson told the New Zealand Herald, "It would have been quite scary for him... as soon as I found out it had occurred I went out and had a look. Could it happen again? Yes, probably. But hopefully not. We've hundreds and hundreds of other children through and it's not been a problem."
