What the Freak?
FORT WALTON BEACH, FLORIDA — A man who flew into a rage after being told not to continue having public sex at a community swimming pool was arrested in Fort Walton Beach, Florida on Saturday, April 24.
A reportedly inebriated Austin Misiak, and an unnamed woman, allegedly got busy on Saturday evening in the pool, in full view of swimmers, including many children.
Someone intervened and told the couple to knock it off, as there were kids there.
Flying into a rage at the suggestion that public slip-and-slide in front of kids is frowned on, 28-year-old Misiak reportedly began chasing some children at the pool while trying to hit them.
A brave 15-year-old girl then reportedly ran over and told Misiak to leave the kids alone, after which Misiak turned his wrath on the teenager, with witnesses saying he looked like he was about to attack her.
Seeing his girlfriend in trouble, a 15-year-old boy reportedly ran over and punched Misiak in the face twice, with one report saying the teen boy "decked" the pool fornicator.
Asked for his side of the story by arresting officers, Misiak reportedly said, "Nothing happened." Despite his less-than-solid alibi, Misiak was charged with felony lewd exhibition and misdemeanor assault.
