FAYETTEVILLE, GEORGIA — Rick Ross, real name William Leonard Roberts II, was arrested Wednesday at his Fayetteville County home on charges of aggravated battery and kidnapping.
The sub-par rapper, along with his bodyguard, Nadrian James, allegedly pistol whipped one of his employees earlier this month. The victim suffered two chipped teeth as well as neck and jaw injuries which, according the the arrest warrant, left the victim unable to chew food.
Ross and James allegedly forced the victim into a guesthouse bedroom where they forced him to answer questions at gunpoint, hence the kidnapping charges.
A U.S. Marshals Service task force arrested the rapper and bodyguard at Ross' home without incident. Ross has been denied bail and is currently being held at Fayette County jail.
Ross was arrested earlier this month on misdemeanor marijuana charges.
