A Chinese bouncing castle flipped over fracturing this kid's skull

Bouncy castles need to be secured to the ground while inflated, especially if they are full of children. On October 5 in Shanghai, they skipped that step.

One child sustained a fractured skull while as many as 30 other sustained lighter injuries.

The owner of the bouncy castle operation agreed to pay for all the children’s medical expenses because they didn’t secure the structure to the ground in any way.
